UNICRE has begun a process of strategic reorganisation based on concentrating its activity in the acquiring business, through the REDUNIQ brand, with a view to consolidating its leadership in this area - identified as an opportunity to create value in the payments sector.

As a natural part of this strategy, an agreement was signed with Novo Banco for the transfer of the cards and consumer credit business, currently under the UNIBANCO brand, ensuring a smooth transition of the business, continuity of the brand's value proposition and full satisfaction of customer needs.

Completion of the transaction, subject to customary conditions, is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. This operation will take place with total rigour and transparency, with all activities, products and commercial relations remaining exactly as they have been, with the same channels, teams and conditions.

This development represents an opportunity for reinforce UNICRE's commitment to all its customers and partners.
