What is the Parcela Já solution with UNICRE?
A Instalment plan with UNICRE is a payment solution like Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)It is designed for the Portuguese market and allows consumers to pay for purchases in instalments, interest-free.
How many instalments can I pay?
You can pay for your purchases and services from 2 to 6 monthly instalments.
Do I have to sign a purchase contract?
When buying in person, you must sign the purchase receipt, which serves as a contract. You will receive a paper copy and you also have the option of receiving proof by SMS. Online purchases, on the other hand, do not require a signature, as validation is done securely via 3D Secure.
Do I have to pay interest on payments in instalments?
No. You'll pay exactly the amount of the purchase, divided into instalments, with no interest, no commissions, no surprises.
If I want to return what I bought, can I get a refund?
You can make returns according to the conditions of the shop where you made the purchase. The shop will send the return to Unicre and the instalments already paid will be refunded.
What types of cards are accepted with Parcela Já com Unicre?
Payments are accepted with Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards of national broadcasters.
How can I identify my purchase in instalments on my bank statement?
Purchases are identified on your bank statement with the description PARCELA JÁ UNICRE. You can keep track of all your instalments, those you have already paid and those still to be paid, via the UNIBANCO APP. The application is available for download at App Store e Google Play.
