What do I need to use the ESG Quant tool?
ESG Quant is a SaaS tool, so no additional installation is required. Simply open your browser, go to the CQ | Management Portal and enter the username and password provided. Then enter the 6-digit code sent to your e-mail address.
What happens if I don't receive the code or it takes too long to receive it?
The code is valid for 5 minutes. If it's taking too long to receive the code, please ask your IT team to add the e-mail address info@cyberquant.com to the list of allowed emails.
How should I proceed if I forget my password?
You should select the "forgot password" on the platform's home page.
How can I search for specific companies on the platform?
On the ESG Quant homepage, on the left-hand side, there are filters to make it easier to search by industry, location and more. If you want to search for a specific company, select the magnifying glass icon on the right-hand side of the section where all the companies are listed.
How can I see the status of all the companies that have submitted the questionnaire?
At the top of the main page, select Portfoliowhere you can see a dashboard by industry, location and check the status of each company's questionnaires.
How can I classify the companies that submit the questionnaire?
The ESG Quant tool allows you to create a Business Relationships and a Ranking so you can organise your portfolio.
To start organising your portfolio, simply click on the button Manage Ecosystem located in the top right-hand corner of the main page, create and/or change the options. Next, select the companies that responded to the self-assessment on the platform's home page, click on Edit Company Details in the top left corner and change the Business Relationships and Ranking, by clicking on Save to save the changes.
It is important to mention that these two fields are only used to organise the portfolio of companies that answered the questionnaire and do not alter the results.
Can I create a personalised questionnaire for a company?
No. For a complete and comprehensive assessment, all 30 questions must be answered.
Can comments be added to questions?
Yes, all the questions have the icon Commentswhere companies can add text comments.
The questions are in Portuguese - Portugal?
Yes, as a rule the questionnaires will be sent in Portuguese. If any user sees the questions in English, they can change the language in the top right-hand corner.
How can I download the reports?
In the main portal, select the company you want to access the report for. Look for the evaluation sent, which will contain information such as the date of the questionnaire, the status, o scoreIn the right-hand corner of the evaluation, you can download the report by clicking on the 3 vertical dots and selecting Reports. Select the ESG report, the language and click on Export.
In the reports option, you can also view the portal with the company's basic information, the questions answered and reopen the assessment if you need to change an answer.
How can I contact support if I have any additional questions?
On the main page, simply click on the Support located in the bottom left-hand corner.
